As we practice giving ourselves GRACE, embracing ourselves is essential. To truly embrace ourselves, we also need to make the choice to love ourselves unconditionally. I know the first time I heard this said to me, I thought about all the areas I needed to improve on first. I thought, how can I love myself unconditionally AND embrace myself when I am such a hot mess?
Guess what-being a human is being a hot mess!!! We are amazing souls entering a learning experience through the human realm. It is messy!!! It is so messy learning this human body, processing emotions, releasing traumas, learning other humans all the while having angels guide us and demons attack us. It is so messy! And because I love to ask questions and learn people, I promise you – I don’t care your age, gender, race, marital status or anything else – we as humans struggle with the same core issues and we as humans are doing the best we can with what we know so far.
In 2019, I was in Utah at the doTERRA convention. During this time one of the speakers asked for all the lights to be turned totally on, then totally off. Then he called on certain rows to turn on their camera light, then a few more then a few more…until the entire center was lit up by our cell phone lights. As we stood there, he told us to look around – as the room was brighter with each one of our lights than it was with the lights of the convention center. He told us to remember that the world will be much brighter with each of us shining our lights.
We as humans are all connected. It is not by chance that you are here, right here, right now. You were put on this planet in this exact moment in time with divine gifts that will fit perfectly with others’ divine gifts. You have a light inside of your that is ready to radiate to the world. You are precious. You are sacred. You are glorious. You are worthy. You are enough. You are loved deeply. YOU ARE A DIVINE BADASS!!!
What is so crazy about the world being populated with divine badasses, is how many people truly don’t even know! I love to learn, and I love to ask people questions so I can better understand humans. When I ask, “if you could do anything in the world, what would it be?” there are so many that are left speechless!! There are literally so many people that have no idea what they would do if they could do anything. If you are unable to answer this question, it is more than time for you to spend some time reflecting (or enrolling in Giving Yourself GRACE, so you can learn how 🙂 ) I often find that others are seeking permission to go figure this out, or that its been knocking but they don’t know what to do with it.
The final piece of Giving Yourself GRACE is learning to embrace that divine badass self of yours!!! It is time to fan that fire of yours – because once again…YOU are precious. YOU are sacred. YOU are glorious. YOU are worthy. YOU are enough. YOU are deeply loved. YOU ARE A DIVINE BADASS THAT HAS A SPECIAL PART TO PLAY IN HUMANINTY AND YOU ARE SO VERY NEEDED!
