Blissful Balance is a state of well-being and varies from person to person.
I founded Blissful Balance in 2014 when I was seeking other ways to help my clients discover their best version of themselves, while keeping it convenient for them to do so.
As a personal trainer, I know that body movement is extremely important and necessary to overall well-being, however, there is so much more! For complete wellness, other avenues are essential for overall healing and strengthening. At Blissful Balance, we work as a collaborative unit with each client to find their blissful balance.
We currently offer one-to-one personal training, group fitness classes, wellness classes, massage, reiki, healing touch, health coaching, therapy and meditations.
